UPS employee since 1997, now responsible for researching, analyzing, implementing, and reporting on learning technologies (software and hardware) and package operation training as part of the Leadership and Talent Development (L&TD) function. Supports information system solution processes such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Computer-Based Training (CBT), and Web-Based Training (WBT). Research strategies for solution integration, supervises T & D solutions projects, and collaborates with region and district L&TD teams to share solution system knowledge.
