A Cranfield Fellow, I bring manufacturing, service and commercial business experience to healthcare, recently adding value in FT/AHSC roles spanning transformation and change, clinical service management and healthcare technology. 

I have a personal interest in LeanSigmaTOC performance improvement methodologies and as an accredited coach and mentor I am interested in exploring the use of Transactional Analysis as an approach to self-management and organisational development.
