My personal interest is to understand and develop strategies and solutions for coping with the dilemmas and challenges of project oriented practices such as the simultaneously pursue of creativity and productivity. In this process I draw on diverse perspectives as mentioned below. As a strategy for addressing the dilemma of balancing creativity and productivity, Im currently working on a reinterpretation of the modularity concept which will be compatible with the nature project organizing and management (e.g. Thuesen 2012).
