I've been working with SharePoint since the 2003 version, and have been heavily involved in the betas for the next 3 major versions. My role switches regularly between Developer, IT Pro and architecture giving me a nice broad skill-set to build on.
I'm very active in the community and believe that as professional consultants we have it in our power to drive the community forward and help those starting out with SharePoint for the first time.
