Cirrus House, Inc. is a multi-service non-profit 501 C-3 organization in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Cirrus house was founded in 1984 to provide support for persons with mental illness outside of clinical settings. We currently have the following primary programs: The Clubhouse (including Day rehab., and Supportive Employment), Housing for income qualified people with mental illness, an Assisted Living Program, Transitional Age Program for youth, Community Support Services and Homeless Services. Mental illness and homelessness are two issues that often intertwine. As such Cirrus House, Inc. has been an advocate for homeless persons since its inception. Cirrus House started as a Clubhouse
