Key Responsibilities
* Level 2 technical support in a multiple client environment.
* Create and modify user accounts on the domain controller (Microsoft Server 2008).
* Manage access to LAN by applying permissions & adding/removing groups.
* Create & modify email accounts via EMC.
* Manage and troubleshoot VPN setups for clients.
* Server monitoring, report CPU/Disk/Memory alerts as and when needed.
* Monitor server backups for company’s corporate and retail clients.
