My career has developed from service delivery to leadership in the health and disability sector. I build strong and effective relationships, and my strengths focused values show in my interactions. I work to build trust and my enthusiasm is infectious. I work towards sustainability of positive changes in partnership and to support equity in health and disability. I have strong ethical decision making quality and risk management in complex environments.
