After accumulating 19 years of coaching high potentials heading to B-schools, I expanded my work to systemic consulting and coaching and career coaching. Since 2004, I have been accompanying clients along their careers, helping them design careers and next steps, take ownership and action. Besides helping design new positions, I have also supported entrepreneurs move beyond the startup phase of their businesses, helping them evolve in their leadership role and strategic vision together with their businesses growth.
