- Entry of treatment guarantees into the system
- Checking policies for coverage and completing treatment guarantees up to authorisation stage
- Following up on outstanding cases by e-mail and telephone
- Reviewing the work queues and preparing for distribution and system management
- Other responsibilities as required and directed by the manager
- Assist in the processing of treatment guarantees
- Act as a point of contact for helpline
- Assisting the Medical Advisors to process Treatment Guarantee's
- Developing a new project, researching and innovating process' to creat savings to the Medical Service department.
