Well, I lived on a farm until I went to college. I really love sports and spent a lot of my childhood and adolescence playing them. Growing up I never really embraced where I came from. However, I've really come to understand that growing up in the country isn't just about being from the boondocks. It's a way of life. A way of life that involves 3 very important values. God, Family and the simple things. All in that order. These values have nothing to do with a "me" concept, and provide an excellent family atmosphere, which makes me really appreciate my two true heroes. My
