23 years if the FMCG industry. I started in production and so progressed to warehousing, distribution and logistics management. The last 4 years  I have managed the site as a whole. This has included receiving, production, warehousing and distribution. I am responsible for food safety implementation and audits. We received our FSSC 22000 certification within 2.5 years. I am currently the Operation Manager at Gritco  grit mill. 

 I have TOC (theory of constraints) exposure and training over the last 3 years. Projects, strategy implementation, process flows and Invocom process training and exposure.  Drafting of budgets and cost management.
