Have over 30 years experience in the club industry, with ten years experience in senior leadership roles ranging from senior vice president to chief executive officer, with nearly three years leadership experience as a CEO in Russia. Over the past ten years I have worked extensively as a consultant, both with my own firm and as a partner in ClubIntel. My partner and I work with clients in areas such as strategic planning, new business development, brand insight work, brand promise creation and execution, organizational development, risk management and culture development. Over the past ten years I have also authored several books on the health and fitness industry.
