I have the greatest pleasure of being part of the big digital transformation process that are happening in NAV. We need more idealistic UX-designers and service designers that want to be part of changing one of the biggest public services in Norway. To be one of the best UX-researcher in NAV IT is my primary goal at this part of my career.
I continue to be a good ambassador for the users of NAV's services. We are building a bigger design oriented environment that will make sure that NAV is going to develop the best user oriented public services accessable for everyone who needs us.
