I was one of the first four high schools presenting Hospitality as a subject in South Africa. During my first eight years of presenting Hospitality at school level I trained teachers in Limpopo,Gauteng, Mpumalanga, and KwaZulu Natal provinces, who also integrated Hospitality into their curriculum.
I was asked by Via Africa Publishers to write textbooks for schools and in 2003 I started the Mosate Hotel School on behalf of the FET college in Phalaborwa.
In 2005 I also established the Selati Hospitality Training Academy accredited by the internationally accredited City & Guilds.
