n this role, my primary responsibility is to work with the Head of Organisational Excellence in promoting a culture with commitment to excellence by reinforcing behaviours in line with Centrepoint’s direction and to support initiatives focused on the development of staff.
This has included creating and analysing an all staff engagement survey and conducting research, such as focus groups. I promote best practice in learning and development by being an advocate of blended learning to move Centrepoint towards a learning culture. This is one of the criteria I apply when reviewing the training run by internal trainers and I assist and coach them to provide high-quality training sessions. ...
