Organizational development specialist with over nineteen years experience working in faith-based and other nonprofit settings. Currently Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Excellence of the Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations. Prior to LANO I served as a United Methodist pastor in Suburban Lafayette, Louisiana and New Orleans, Louisiana. I regularly preach around the New Orleans metro area and support ecumenical efforts to renew the city.
