A GMC registered specialist in Ophthalmology in the UK since 1995, certified also by the European Board of Ophthalmology, as well as the Greek Ministry of Health.
Extensive surgical as well as teaching experience in various areas of Ophthalmology. Trained sub-specialist in the following areas :
cornea and external eye diseases,
refractive surgery,
cataract surgery,
glaucoma.
Following successful exams I became a member of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London, UK (MRCOphth), a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, UK (FRCS Ed) and a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBOphth).
