My specialty is small business and small teams. I have worked in small business for most of my career and have dealt with all facets of a business including Administration, HR, Sales, Marketing, Warehousing and Distribution and IT. I am an active learner, proactively continuing to improve my knowledge in these areas. I also enjoy working with other staff to continue their development in their roles, including as a mentor for Leadership Management Australia courses.
