WorkFusion uses crowdsourced workers to teach algorithms to automate a wide variety of knowledge work, particularly in the financial services, eCommerce, and retail industries. WorkFusion's technology was born out of research at MIT's CSAIL in 2010, and the company was founded in 2011 in New York City.
