I have been involved with school education for the past 18 years ever since I completed Masters in English Literature with a follow up of teaching Diploma/ B.Ed. I have worked in National curricula( CBSE /ICSE) and international Curricula ( IGCSE and International Baccalaureate /IB) across schools in India. The roles have gradually changed from being senior English teacher to Head of Department, subject coordinator and programme/academic coordinator to that of Vice principal at present.I was invited by IBO to take part in the External Review Committee Meeting of IBDP Group 1 Language A: Studies in Language and Literature at The Hague in October 2014.
