Marketing Assistance: Help boost attendance and increase destination awareness through various marketing efforts, i.e., marketing brochures, e-cards, destination videos, images & descriptive text. When necessary attend promotional trips to promote the destination. 

Liaison between the meeting planner and the city: Recommend restaurants, venues, local service providers. Connect meeting planners with local dignitaries. Provide updated information on local events, street closures, etc. Alert the community, i.e., airport, taxi & restaurants,...
