Coordinate the federal grant funded Accelerating Opportunity-Kansas (AO-K) project, a model that uses integrated instruction to reach under-served adult learners in the community to help them obtain credentials in high-wage, high-demand fields.
Supervise AO-K adult education instructors, ensuring they receive specialized team-teaching training and helping them coordinate with technical instructors to integrate basic skills competencies with technical competencies.
