I started my working life in Accenture as functional and technical analyst on CRM Siebel for two of the most important players in the Italian energy market (Enel, Edison). My main activities were requirement gathering, architectural design, integration test, migration design, roll-out and go-live management, post-production support. After two years I joined Vodafone as Project Manager in CRM Area. My main achievement has been the roll-out of Siebel CRM System for Residential DSL activation.
