To contribute my knowledge and skills to the design, analysis and improvement of  processes and maintenance of equipment in order to solve problems to root and develop ideas which allow the continuous improvement and growth of the company.

Problems must be solved to root, in other case they will be recurring issues to production centers... only working in a systematic way, using data, going to "see" where the problems are, and creating or improving standards the problems can be solved.
