My coaching philosophy is underpined by ecological psychology and dynamical systems theory. I am a great believer in hands-off approach to coaching where goalkeepers can search for appropriate solution in complex game situations. I believe in constant learning and development. One way of doing that is via learning and exchanging ideas with coaches during internships. To name a few, I have made coaching internships at FC Porto, Fulham FC, Valencia CF, PSV Eindhoven, FC Barcelona, Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
