My career started 1999 in Germany with a 3 year apprenticeship in the Hilton as Certified Hotel Manager. In 2007 I went overseas to expand my horizon in a luxury 5* hotel in the US and a remote family resort in the Philippines. Currently in Singapore working as Regional Operations Director and Corporate Trainer for high-volume multi-unit restaurants.
