Assist clients develop and market their job search strategies and career action plans. Facilitate JFC workshops, Regular follow up support, social media networking, coach interview skills and ensure that all areas of strategic job search are covered, promote client employment outcomes, assist in job placement, mentor where appropriate and network with employers, HR, community and volunteer organizations. Flexible and versatile – able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. Poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences. Thrive in deadline-driven environments. Excellent team-building skills. Encourage advocacy and empowerment participation .
