I have more than ten years of experiences on the different areas of development work in Cambodia. My efforts and work performance have included international and local volunteer support and management; capacity building, project design and management; funding proposal development; and projects monitoring and evaluation. I have also intensive experience in training design and facilitation, networking especially between government institutions and development agencies and language translation/interpretation from English to Khmer and Khmer to English.
