Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work in many different fields, challenging myself to constantly "think outside the box."​ My first few part-time jobs in retail and customer service allowed me to grow two of my strengths, organization and communication style, which have truly helped me believe from the start that "Relationships Matter"​ and "Members [or customers] First,"​ two of the fundamental values of LinkedIn, the largest professional network, with now over 300 Million members worldwide.
