Volleyball Coach seeking to develop an NCAA Sand program while continuing to coach indoors. From the UCSB Athletics website: David Fischer joined the UCSB Women's Volleyball coaching staff in August 2012. David primarily works with the outside hitters, but is also a key part of the program's recruiting efforts and as well as serving as a statistical analyst. Fischer brings a lengthy resume to the program. He most recently served as the head coach at Oxnard College, where he was hired in 2008. He was responsible for all adminstrative and volleyball duties involving the team. David brought an immediate impact to the program by starting his tenure on a five-game winning streak. Pre
