My primary research interests are: job design/redesign (focusing on factors that lead to creativity & innovation); strategic job analysis and competency modeling; performance management (i.e. performance appraisal, goal setting, 360 feedback, and talent development); and selection, measurement theory and quantitative analysis (e.g. CTT, IRT, surveys, test construction and validation).
