Background: I started my career as an ESL tutor upon immigrating to the United States of America. From coaching other immigrants seeking opportunities in a new environment, I got to know the field of engineering as a growing profession in the global market. My passion in engineering was refined while attending Purdue University, a top tier institute that offers a wide array of engineering disciplines. And I selected the biological and food sector that drove on sustainable improvements to meet the growing demand on renewable resources. My experience in operation was the gateway to understand current challenges and to generate ideas in a team based environment.
