I've had the great privilege of working at some amazing companies—Apple, Cisco, VMware, and LinkedIn to name a few. Each of my stops has brought insight and experience that I now try to bring to each project I touch as a freelance contractor. In the eLearning modules I create, I love to incorporate a story with a beginning, middle, and end, and implement custom graphics that provide inspiration and motivation. A course can only be so good if it doesn't look and sound fantastic, and I've learned some different techniques that can be done to improve any course I see.
