Dec 7, 2010 - yep, the big one - reached the half-century mark! WOW! Spring 2010 - Biggest life event - lost my mom to cancer May 7. A life-changing experience, rich and full of emotion. Humanity, feeling it. Summer 2009 - Biggest accomplishment: got certified as a volunteer research diver with the University of Washington! Now I'm officially qualified to go anywhere in the world the UW is doing underwater research. Yippee!
