My research concerns the sociality of personal computing, specifically the smartphone.How is it that people today, see the phone as inseparable from themselves? Is social interaction transformed when we are physically separated but 'screnally' connected, and if so in what way? How do screen-architects shape this virtual world? These are some of the questions that guide my research.
