I am a financial industry professional with extensive experience in various management roles.
My experience includes managing the following areas: Call Center with 230+ staff, Document Retention/Storage, Collections, Fraud Investigations, Customer Service, and multiple Lending and Credit Operations departments (including information/data storage, risk management, consumer lending, mortgage lending, credit card lending, and indirect vehicle lending).
I currently work as a Project Manager (Software Deployment Consultant) for MeridianLink, assisting banks and credit unions with implementations of loan and new deposit account origination software.
