I am an information professional with 19 years of experience developing high-impact information technology solutions. I currently serve as a Technical Consultant with Search Technologies Corporation where I work with clients to design and implement search engine solutions to meet business objectives.
I earned my Ph.D. at UNC Chapel Hill where I developed a framework for assessing and communicating the impact of information and library services on student learning outcomes. Work on this research and software development agenda continues through the Understanding Library Impacts Project.
