Graduation in science from New Alipore College Born enterpreneur, career launch with own small mechanical engineering workshop at Mainagore, Maheshtala in 1973,the venture did not very much succeed. Service life started in 1976 at ABC Mechanicals P. Ltd., an industrial valve manufacturer which later became TMT Engg, served till 1995 in between served Bharat Brakes & Valves for a short spell in 1981-82, last 2 years of service life at Delta Corporation, Falta.
