I am a passionate scientist working at the interface of computational (systems biology) and experimental biomedical research. I have a PhD in bioinformatics and my topics of interest broadly include anything bioinformatics, genomics and transcriptional control, especially as applied to innate immunity and how it regulates adaptive immune processes, the engineering of anti-inflammatory therapies, personalised medicine, cancer immunology, and the selective control and evolution of signal transduction processes.
