After a long and very satisfying period of tailor made databases, software and web-based development I decided to mainly focus now on Business Intelligence solutions, as an architect and a guide for managers and as a consultant/coach/trainer for employees.
The human part in the complex IT world is prior. I dare to say that the most challenging and rewarding projects for me are the ones where I'm the contact person (project leader) between the IT department and the business units (organizing teams). Besides the obvious technical part, open communication, conflict and change management, my most important focus lays on involving people into BI, development, coaching and training projects.
