I have 20 years of IT business experience, especially in relation to SAP projects. As programme manager, service delivery manager, solution manager, international project manager and senior consultant I have been responsible for and been involved in a wide range of international consulting assignments covering business and IT strategies, business process design and re-design, programme management, knowledge management, roll-out/template management and service delivery management. Due to the diversity of the roles and projects I have been working on, I have gained experience in a vast number of industries and - specifically - the various ERP and CRM solutions.
