Helping people to learn and understand has been the common theme in the teaching, training and coaching undertaken in a career spanning 25 years. As a kinaesthetic learner I have successfully used activity based learning in many of my training assignments, as I believe that this helps many to 'anchor' the learning and apply it more readily to their everyday assignments.
I am fascinated by the way in which the NHS has evolved from its monolithic beginnings to the composite architecture of its modern day format and I am keen to see how it continues to evolve.
