As a committed and dedicated vocational assessor and coordinator of internal quality assurance processes at a leading vocational college, I pride my self on working to the highest of standards. For me, the most important aspect to successful education is creating and following through on a rigorous internal quality assurance strategy that gives learners a fair chance to succeed. As an IQA I have a passion for developing new assessors through two way feedback and goal setting. Quality systems should always be based on reasonable and achievable goals that takes on board consistent learner feedback.
