In my primary functions as a Staffing Business Analyst, it is my job is to provide a Support Resource to Oasis Staffing Division and individual branches as needed to achieve financial and other related goals. Primary focus is to ensure that established processes and procedures are understood, implemented, and adhered to by all members of the staffing division. Other functions will include the implementation of programs that would address issues such as Resource Bottlenecks, Process Improvements, Cost & Time Reductions, Quality Improvements, and Customer Satisfaction
