I'm an Ideas person and that's reflected in pretty much everything I do - 'Sometimes I even think of six ridiculous things before breakfast!' Coming from a multicultural background (Danish/German) and having migrated to Australia as a child I studied languages, literature & sciences. After completing Podiatry at Uni I worked in hospitals before establishing my own practice in the seaside town of Busselton (1985-1991). In the middle of this I went to work with Dr Jack Praeger at his street leprosy clinics & Mother Terese in Calcutta at Kalighat, the Childrens Orphanage & the Leprosarium circa 1990.
