I am retired from the North Carolina Public School System. I have worked at Gardner-Webb University for 10 years in the Graduate School of Education. Since Jan., 2011, I have served as the Dean of the School of Education. As well as being Dean, I am the Director of the Center for Innovative Leaderhsip and Director of Doctoral Studies in Educational Leaderhsip and Curriculum & Instruction. In addition to this full time job, I consult with the Department of Public Instruciton out of Raleigh, NC and operate my own consulting business for local school systems.
