Having worked extensively in the print and television media and the corporate sector for 15+ years, I am now focused on development issues of mainstreaming the rural ecosystem towards a more empowered direction for the past four years. I promote inclusion of all communities specially in the Left Wing Extremism areas towards a healthy and skilled vocations. I believe that skills training, vocational training based on need based assessments provide a better chance for growth for many communities.
