Dr. Husam Baalousha is a self-motivated, enthusiastic senior Groundwater Scientist with more than 20 years of international experience. Husam’s experience includes a wide variety of hydrology aspects from data collection and monitoring to catchment scale water resources management. In the last few years his research interest was river-aquifer interaction and aquifer storage and recovery, with emphasis on integrated water resources management and protection. Husam has completed projects in Palestine, Germany, and New Zealand including mega projects on regional scale. Currently, Husam is leading a groundwater recharge National Grand Challenge project in Qatar. Areas of interest include: -.
