I am passionate about teaching to graduate and post graduate students in area of HR. I completed my Ph.D in April 2014 from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, in the area of Human Resource Management on the topic of “Managing Human Resource towards Corporate Excellence: A Comparative study of High & Low on Excellence organizations in India”. During this time I taught B.Tech students in subjects of Principles of Management and Social Psychology in MNNIT, Allahabad.
