Dr. Qoutaiba Al-Qaysi is a veteran transportation and infrastructure engineer with over 35 years experience in the Middle East and North Africa region. 

Dr. Qoutaiba currently serves as a Senior Executive of the Metro Jeddah Company (MJC), a Governmental body responsible for implementing the Jeddah Metro for its scheduled completion in 2020.
